- Consider getting behind the wheel yourself and combining your Chauffeur Tour with a Self-Drive. Car rental is widely available, and most rental companies have a minimum rental age of 25. Some rental companies have a maximum rental age. A valid US driver’s license and passport are required for foreign drivers.
